What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic order confirmation email. When your order has been processed and shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can request changes or cancellation by emailing us with your order number and the details you’d like updated.
Once an order has been fulfilled or printed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as all products are custom made.

I urgently need my order. Can you prioritise it?

Yes — we offer a Priority Order Service for customers who need their magnets fast.

This service includes:

Your order jumping the production queue
Express shipping to your door

Dispatch time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

All priority orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

How do I upload my photos?

Uploading your photos is quick and easy. Simply select your product, upload your images during checkout, and place your order. If you experience any issues, our team is happy to help.

What type of photos work best?

For the best results, we recommend clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting. Avoid blurry, heavily cropped, or low-quality images, as these can affect the final print quality.

Will my photos be cropped?

Some cropping may occur to fit the selected magnet size and shape. We always aim to centre the main subject, but we recommend keeping important details away from the edges of your photo.

What are your magnets made from?

Our custom photo magnets are made using:

A clear protective film to guard against scratches

Where are your photo magnets made?

All of our magnets are handcrafted in Australia using high-quality materials. Every order is carefully produced and packed with love before being shipped.

How strong are the magnets?

Our magnets feature a strong magnetic base and can hold approximately 3–5 sheets of paper on most fridge surfaces.

Do you offer bundles or bulk discounts?

Yes! Many of our products are available in value bundles, making them perfect for gifts, events, or creating a full photo display. Send us a message via our form and we’ll get back to you with a cost.

Are personalised photo magnets returnable?

Because our magnets are custom made, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
